Hidden Gem in far east The shiopan was phenomenal! Super flavorful and fluffy, and crispy on top. It has a good amount of butter which isn’t too rich. Coffee and matcha were amazing too :) Great atmosphere

I especially love the coffee and Matcha! The taste Is very smooth! Get the chance to chat with the lady boss, the beans are carefully selected, freshly grind and make. Matcha powder as well! Their signature is also Shio Pan, the owner flew all the way to Japan to learn and bake everyday. Food that make with so much love…must try coffee. Matcha is my daughter’s favourite.

Stopped by this bakery and tried the iced latte and shio pan—both were excellent! The latte was smooth and refreshing, and the shio pan had the perfect balance of soft and savory. Definitely worth a visit.

The matcha and shio pan were absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced and so fresh. The owner is the loveliest person, which made the whole experience even better.

I absolutely loved this coffee shop! Fan, the owner, was incredibly warm and welcoming. She not only made great recommendations on what to try there but also suggested some amazing local restaurants. We had such pleasant conversations and she truly made the experience memorable. The food was excellent as well. They serve only one type of bread, but it is clear they have perfected it. The shell is beautifully crispy, while the inside is warm, soft, and buttery. Simple, yet done to absolute mastery. On my first visit I tried the matcha latte and it was so good I had to come back the very next day. Fan even gave me a sneak peek of a new menu item, the Strawberry English Breakfast Latte. It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, yet packed with flavor. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this spot, not just for the food and drinks but also for the heart and passion Fan puts into everything she does.

What a hidden gem at Far East Plaza! I happened to pass by Fan’s Cafe and I’m so glad I did. The shio pan is absolutely delicious— perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. The matcha strawberry is such a delightful treat too! The owner actually learned the recipe in Japan, and you can really taste the authenticity in every bite. She’s truly perfected it. No need to fly out just to enjoy good salt bread. To top it all off, the lovely owner even gave me a complimentary Earl Grey tea, which made the experience extra special. With her warm hospitality and amazing bakes, this is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again and again. A must-visit gem!

Was trying to find a place to take a video call, and came across this cosy spot by chance. Clean, functional and well maintained space. Only ordered a hot matcha latte, but it was made well with care. Owner (?) also very kindly shared wifi password, when I asked if I could use it for the call. Definitely need to come back to try the Bakery and other drinks*

As a Japanese person, I was truly impressed by the quality of the shio pan — soft, fluffy, and perfectly balanced with a light, savory flavor. The strawberry matcha latte was rich, creamy, and beautifully presented. I also love that they stay open until night, so I’m planning to come back for a relaxing evening treat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Japanese shio pan and unique drinks in Singapore!
